とりあえず、悪口は言わないことにしてみた。そうすると、自分が言っているのと同じ分だけ悪口を言われている、という気持ちはなくなった。

悪口を言うメリットってなんだっけ？憂さ晴らし？それとも人の欠点を指摘して、自分が優秀だと思われたい？それもわからなくなってきた。

人間、自分がしていないことは想像がつかないものだ。悪口を言われている総量が変わらないとしても、それが想像つくかつかないかだとずいぶんとストレスも減るもんだ。

悪口は減らないよ。でも気づかないというのはすごく素敵だ。遠い世界のことなんていちいち気にしてられないものね。
